Ballinora Club Lotto in SMART LOTTO – Support Tips for Existing or Returning Players

(1A) You want to access your SmartLotto Account and Player Dashboard

Go to www.smartlotto.ie, use FIND YOUR CLUB to locate Ballinora and click on it. The Ballinora Club Lotto home page will then appear. Click “PLAY LOTTO” and then select Login at the top right of the screen. Enter your email address (or mobile phone number) and password, then press Login.

(1B) You know you have set up a Smart Lotto account previously but have forgotten your Password

Follow the above instructions and click on the Forgot Password link when prompted for your password. Re-enter your email address, and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Log in with the new password.

(2) You have already set up your Account (name, email, phone, password etc.) but have not entered any bank details to purchase a ticket as yet

Log in to your account per (1A) or (1B) above. Select €Top Up on the left hand side of your personal menu. You will now be asked for the Bank Card details which will be used to purchase an initial ticket and to auto-top up your balance where required for future draws. Press the Continue button when ready.

On the next screen, you will instruct the system to add the initial funds into your account and also confirm the Auto Top Up rules. We recommend a Top Up amount of €10 when Balance is < €5 but it is totally up to you. Select the Change auto top up setting, press Auto Top up, enter your CVV code as required and then press Add Funds. Confirm the payment on the next screen and ensure that ‘Ticket Auto Renew’ is checked. You may be asked to verify this transaction via the process your bank normally uses for payment authentication.

(3) You have set up your Account (name, email, phone, password etc.) and also entered your bank details but have not chosen your lucky numbers or purchased a ticket as yet

Log in to your account as in (1A) or (1B) above. Press Play Now at the top of the screen and select Ballinora Club Lotto. Choose your preferred numbers or use Quick Pick. 1 line of 4 numbers is €2, and 3 lines are €5. Press PROCEED. Keep the Auto Renew box ticked so that you are playing the same numbers each week. You will then be asked to confirm that it is you playing rather than for a friend. Select your name and press Confirm.

(4) You have set up your Account (name, email, phone, password etc.), entered your bank details, have chosen your lucky numbers and are entered with the same numbers every week. You want to buy an extra ticket (select different numbers) for a particular draw.

Log in to your account per (1A) or (1B) above. Press Play Now at the top of the screen and select Ballinora Club Lotto. You may be informed that you already have a ticket purchased and asked if you want to purchase an extra one – press Confirm if so. Select your preferred numbers or use Quick Pick. Press PROCEED Select No. of Draws and enter 1 rather than choosing Auto Renew if you are just buying an extra ticket for this week. You will then be asked to confirm that it is you playing rather than for a friend. Select your name and press Confirm

(5) The Bank Card that you initially entered for SmartLotto Top Up purposes has expired

Log in to your account per (1A) or (1B) above. Select €Top Up on the left of your personal menu. The Top Up amount, Card Number and Expiration Date for your Existing Card will be shown. Select Use New Card and enter the relevant updated Bank Card Details. Press Add Funds to fix the zero balance issue in SmartLotto due to your old card expiring.
