Games are in full swing for all ages in the club and what a busy summer it has been to date. At adult level our Hurling and Football teams are in full preparation for their championship games in September, having had a string of good results in their respective leagues. Our U21 Footballers have reached the final of the Mid Cork championship and our Junior Bs are progressing well in their respective leagues.
Our Juvenile section has been a hub of activity with plenty of games for all age groups with championships now in full swing. Younger players are all looking forward to Cúl Camp which is one of the highlights of the summer.
Special mention to all our players who made Cork panels with Neil Lordan, James Byrne, Shane Kingston and Nathan Davis all making an impact in bringing success to Leeside. The club is very proud of you all!
A busy month lies ahead for August with our Annual Golf classic on 26th August, Cúl Camp and who knows, Liam McCarthy may be heading our way along with an All-Ireland Minor title. Feile 2021 will take place on the 21st and 28th August with our u15s in GAA, LGFA and Camogie participating. Club membership is still available and all new members welcome. Wishing all teams, players, mentors, every success.
